Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, is convinced that the Head of State must be an Arbitrator of the Nation
"The President must be an arbitrator of the nation, or even its pastor, - stated V.Lytvyn on Thursday, answering the question concerning the traits characteristic of the Head of State. He should not be behind or ahead the nation, but inside of it, following the line of stability in the country".
V.Lytvyn believes that the State leader must be a well-educated person who "feels the country, has a deep knowledge of its past, and can generate and implement ides to consolidate the public".
V.Lytvyn supposes that the Head of State "should not be oriented at any country or region in the world".
As it has been reported, on 1-2 October, V.Lytvyn stays with a working visit in Odesa region.
